Hi Francis, what is the difference between hypothermia and hyperthermia? What was the story that Catherine gave you that would help you to explain these?
Hyperthermia is when you get to cold but hypothermia is when you get to hot when you get hypothermia or hyperthermia is call 111 immediatly. If someone has hypothermia give them ice packs to cool them down and if someone has hyperthermia you need to warm them up.
